What happens next
Who comes to the walk-through?
The estimator or a crew lead. They measure, read the slab, take a moisture reading where it matters and ask about the floor's history.
When do I get the estimate?
In writing, within a few working days of the walk-through. It states the square footage, the system, the price per square foot and the cure schedule.
Is there a charge for the walk-through?
No charge to measure and write the estimate. A moisture test on a basement is a line on the estimate if you go ahead.
